Known as the fourplex, Balsam has 4 winterized apartment units. Each is furnished with 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Each unit has their own private entrance. Bedrooms feature pine-paneled interiors with double and single beds. Located on the water's edge, where one can be awakened by the call of the loons and flopping fish.
